AiDash names Sanjay Goel (Ex-Walmart & Cleartrip) as VP Engineering

SaaS technology veteran brings over 20 years of experience operating and scaling global tech functions


AiDasha leading provider of satellite and AI-powered operations, maintenance and sustainability platforms, announced the appointment of: Sanjay Goel, as Vice President of Engineering. An accomplished leader with over 20 years of engineering and innovation experience at startups and tech giants, including Walmart Global Tech and Cleartrip.

Prior to AiDash, Goel was the Director of Engineering at Walmart Global Tech, where he led engineering to support multiple Walmart e-commerce markets and serve millions of Walmart customers. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Engineering at Cleartrip, a global online travel company, where he played a key role in redesigning services for scalability and stability while fostering a people-centric and technology-first culture. Goel is also an alumni of IIT Delhi.

To bolster and drive the continued success of its product lines, AiDash recently promoted Niharika Bhatnagar to Vice President of Product Management, where he oversees the development of the next generation of products. Previously, as Senior Director of Product Management, Bhatnagar introduced AiDash Intelligent Vegetation Management System (IVMS) and AiDash Disaster and Disruptions Management System (DDMS).

The company has experienced tremendous growth in recent months with a 3x year-over-year growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and number of customers. The company has already increased the number of Indian employees by 70% in the first eight months of 2022 - from 124 to 212 employees, plans to hire at least 150 more in the country in the next 12 months and recently opened two new offices opened in India: a more than 200-seat office in the SJR iPark in Whitefield, Bengaluru, and a more than 100-seat office in the prestigious DLF Cyber ​​City business park in Gurugram. These offices will house the growing engineering, data science, product, design, customer success, GIS and cross-functional teams. Headquartered in San Jose, California, AiDash also has other offices around the world.
